I’m sure we could all vibe with what any of those three gentleman could draft up. Take a look and see what Steve Fox had to say on the subject for yourself.  ...

Indica vs. Sativa: Let’s Meet the Competitors

Indica vs. Sativa: Let’s Meet the Competitors

Marijuana is one of the most misunderstood and interesting substances on the planet. Though, having been a substance that wasn’t always safe to talk about in public platforms without jeopardizing your career or reputation, the opportunity for education hasn’t been very widespread. One aspect of marijuana that has been widely overlooked by so many smokers over the years is the difference between Indica and Sativa. Non-medical marijuana patients don’t typically have the luxury to pick and choose  strain preference. But everyone is certain there has been a time or two where you fell in love with certain bags you’ve gotten and sometimes you’ve been very displeased by the way your body responded to a particular smoke. HiLounge is going to walk you through the difference in these two strains of marijuana to help give you more understanding about the sweet, sweet cheeba we’ve all come to know and love. Indica Indica plants usually produce exceptionally great buds. A lot of your kush or purple strains will tend to be indica. You’ll often notice that an indica high is referred to as a ‘body high.’ Here’s why. Indica tends to have a lot of pain relieving qualities and medicinal value. This strain is your more mellow high that will often glue you to the couch until you’ve napped it off. Some non-consumer differences is that indica  plants are much shorter when growing and produce a dark color with cooler growing temperatures. Often times indica is considered a ‘creeper weed’, because of the sheer strength or potency and general affect the high has on people. Overall, indica strains have a very...

DEA Tries to Unlawfully Ban Herbal Incense

DEA Tries to Unlawfully Ban Herbal Incense

If you’re one of the people that keep up with current product under scrutinization by the media  you’ve probably heard of a product that’s getting a lot of negative attention in the media as of late, we’re talking of course about Herbal Incense. For example, you’ve probably heard about the United States herbal incense ban that’s attempting to be passed nation-wide unlawfully by the DEA. We know that herbs and incense can be therapeutic, so why would the government try to unlawfully ban something that’s so beneficial? Well now they are reporting that users have been smoking it to get the same effects as smoking marijuana. After all, the price tag of herbal incense is roughly the price of premium marijuana, so what’s all the fuss about? For smokers of herbal incense, there are two key benefits over marijuana. One is the fact that the former is openly sold in many herb shops throughout the country. So there’s no need to sneak around trying to satisfy your weed fix. Also, according to many herbal incense smokers, the high that they get from herbal incense is actually better than the one from marijuana! So you might be wondering: why would marijuana be illegal, and herbal incense be legal? The main difference is in the chemical components. Marijuana contains a chemical called THC, which is what gives its smokers a “high.” On the other hand, herbal incense contains no THC. Instead, it contains a blend of chemicals that create the same effect as THC. The producers of herbal incense have basically avoided bans of their products, by placing a warning on the packaging that...
